When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. International shipments may sometimes experience customs delays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping is available on U.S.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partner facilities depending on inventory and destination. Most U.S. orders are fulfilled through our U.S. logistics partners; some items may ship from our international facility with full tracking.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are made with clean, proven ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. For sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced in professional facilities that also supply luxury spa brands, under strict quality and safety standards.
Why does the packaging have Chinese on it?
Some of our packaging includes Chinese text because our products are manufactured in international facilities that also serve global markets. To make things clear, we provide full English ingredient lists, instructions, and labels on every product you receive. The quality and formula remain exactly the same — only the packaging includes multiple languages.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Valuyou products are never tested on animals.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90 days return policy. If a product doesn’t work for you, you can return it in 90 days.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@valuyou.shop with your order number. We’ll provide a return label (where available) and simple instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Payments & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and may exclude certain trial or bundle items.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within a few hours of placing your order at support@valuyou.shop. If your order has already shipped, we can assist you with a return instead.
Results & Usage
When will I see results?
Many customers notice improvements after the first few uses, with best results seen after 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
What if the product doesn’t work for me?
Everyone’s skin is unique. If it doesn’t work for you, you’re covered by our unlimited return policy.
How often should I use the mask/cream/serum?
Please follow the directions on each product page. As a general guideline, start with 2–3 times per week and adjust based on your skin’s needs.
